Booking: Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person. We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a reduced service time or cancellation.
3. Supervision and Conduct
Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during their visit.
For everyone’s safety, we reserve the right to refuse service if a child is extremely uncooperative or presents a safety concern.
Parents/guardians are responsible for their child’s behavior during the appointment.
4. Payments and Pricing
All services must be paid in full at the time they are rendered.
We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and contactless payment methods.
Prices are subject to change without notice but will be clearly communicated prior to service.
5. Health & Safety
Please inform our staff of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to service.
Children with contagious conditions (e.g., lice, flu) will not be serviced for health and safety reasons.
